Subject: Squeezing every second of time for commercials at KDKA

I totally understand the need of obtaining ad revenue.

That said, KDKA is not even breaking at the bottom of the hour for news updates. Today it was 10:33 and they were running spots from mattresses to male enhancement to whatever else is out there. Talk about over kill? I used to think that timing was everything in radio, you could hear the beep "on the hour" and the news would instantly come on...not any more.
