Subject: If you are refering to the Moat page, I think she is refering to other lawsuits Dorchester has been in. A few years ago the then President of RWA, Robin Lee Hatcher, filed a class action suit against the lovely Dorchester for bad business practices and unpaid royalties and some other stuff I think. They put that poor author through hell for years from what I heard until they finaly settled the lawsuit.
