This is what they said in their email - So the information is not available through RWA unless we pay to join!
..........................................................................................................

Thank you for contacting Romance Writers of America with your questions regarding Dorchester Publishing.
Romance Writers of America is an association of writers, and we have lots of information on contact addresses for publishers, editors and agents. We have information on how to format your writing into a manuscript ready to submit to a publishers, how to clean it up grammatically, what you need to watch for when you're offered a contract, how to find an agent, what's hot and selling in romance right now, news on the publishing industry and information on trends in romance fiction.

However, all of that information is available to members of our association only. Perhaps you'd like to join?

If you are writing a romance novel and looking to get it published, you should join RWA and the 8,400 other members who've published or who are trying to publish romance novels.

Any author seriously pursing a career in romance fiction is welcome to join and would benefit from RWA. The registration fee is $75 per year, with a $25 one-time-only processing fee the first year you join. (So it will be $100 the first year, $75 every year after that.)

When you join you'll receive our monthly professional journal, "The Romance Writers' Report," 12 times per year, you'll be eligible to enter your mss (or published novels) in our contests, you'll hook with other romance authors in your area at your local RWA chapter meetings -- here you can join critique groups, discuss the genre and share information about the industry -- and you'll have the opportunity to attend our Annual Conference each summer.

We are a non-profit association -- simply the trade association for the authors who write romance fiction. We'd be pleased to have you join our ranks, to network with your local RWA chapter and meet other romance authors in your area, and to provide information that will advance your effort to sell that manuscript.

If you are interested in joining, please print out, complete and return the membership application form under the "Join RWA" button on our Web site (www.rwanational.org), or call our receptionist in Houston at 832-717-5200, ext. 21.

Good luck; we look forward to seeing your application.

Sincerely,
Nicole Kennedy
RWA Public Relations Coordinator
