Argh, I had to remove the tying fishingline twice now as I have had 2 failblogs. Maybe 1mm just does not sever enough as a 4-0 suture is only 0.15mm....(that's some cutting pressure difference like cheese wire lol) My first and noob tying was the most effective lol.....although it was not deep enough and left a sensitive nerve area that would normally be deeper under the frenulum. So my situation is now that I must achieve one more deep tying, as I have not actually lengthened the frenulum fully.....only sort of cut the top layers so to speak.....

Also, if it's left in too long and does not cut fully, ulcerated/white/hard tissue will form at the cutting site. This can be removed with a brand new stanley knife carefully, I hasten to add................

This is now becoming tiresome.........argh.......
I am trying to keep this instruction debate in one thread.....mine......lol.
WE need to discuss why some people are ok (inc me on first cut) and why some are not...... I made sure to do ultra tight with emla cream , but I got lazy and did not dunk my penis like a biscuit into warm water 3 x per day... but I did use savlon antiseptic cream to keep the area clean and hopefully moist/soft so it would cut..............but it did not......
Questions to all......

1)Which thread thickness is optimal for tying and giving a balanced crimp/ligation/strangulation without cutting too quickly?

2)How long does flesh take to die when it is tightly tied?

4) Does lack of tying the frenular arteries mean that a blood flow still very minutely still gets through and stops the cut from happening efficiently?

oh dear.............what to do lol.........
