I'll post more procedural details later, but yes I used triple-antibiotic (generic Neosporin) and Lidocaine HCL creme for pain. There was no pain to speak of, other than a small prick (pun!) when the needle first broke the skin. Only a tiny seepage of blood.

I pulled it as tight as I could, as you might can tell from the video, which is posted below along with some more photos.
