Is her dress short or long? I think that is what usually decides the shoes....my dd does natural and wears long dresses (what she likes) and wears the clear 'Cinderella" shoe (what she calls them) As for casual wear and interview...go with what flatters her. What type of casual wear does the paper work suggest? A back to school outfit, a denim outfit???
