I tried hard/acrylic wraps, keeping my hands busy while being bored watching TV, and mittens, but nothing has worked. I do pretty well for a few days but then I start doing it again and I have no clue why. I'm not nervous or anxious or stressed about anything and I've tried to stop this bad habit for years. There is a really nasty stuff you can get to paint on thumbs to stop thump sucking, it works for nail biting as well. It taste REALLY nasty and so you tend to not put fingers in your mouth due to the taste. ~tiggerrrt (NT)	Anonymous	22:27:39 11/19/07 Mon
