Salt 1 t. cinnamon 1 C. butter 1/2 t. almond extract 1 t. vanilla 1 1/2 C. brown sugar 2 eggs 1/2 C. milk Cut fruit and nuts, then roll in 1/2 Cup flour; set aside. Combine well flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. (You can also sift if desired) Cream butter, almond extract and sugar. Add eggs and milk. Stir in dry ingredients. Add floured fruit and nuts. Drop by teaspoons onto greased baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 325° F. Remove from pans to a wire rack to cool. Store in an airtight container such as a tin or tupperware.
