Subject: ill try the peanut butter/chocolate fudge next(i made the peanut butter last night). also gonna try those pecan clusters. keep up the recipes ladies! also if you have any quick, easy recipes for dinner that would be great. were tired of eating the same things over and over. make sure they are quick & easy though(not an expert chef here :>) thanks so much, love, sleepless

Here is one that I just love: Spanish Chicken-- use any chicken pieces you like. Persoanlly I like thighs place in a casserole dish and preheat oven to 350 cook about 30 minutes remove from oven add one box of Uncle bens Spanish rice and one can of chopped tomatoes with green peppers & onions return to oven for another 25 to 30 min serve with your favorite potatoe (NT)Anonymous17:34:02 12/21/06 Thu
