Unless this company is doing something illegal then the Child Support division of the DA's office should be able to track his social security number with tax with-holdings. We will all be praying for you. I wish I could help you out. My ex is involved in the same crap. As soon as I find out where he is working, he switches jobs. Now, the current employer, or who I think is the current employer will not confirm if he is working there. Off to court we shall go again, I guess. Seems not worth it anymore, because, the $ I do make needs to go to the kids, not the courts to force his lazy a$$ to support the babies he helped to make. I am blessed that my husband now loves my boys and does not mind supporting them. We are just waiting for him to disappear entirely so he can adopt them. We are counting down days until we reach the abandonment phase. Good Luck. I have a friend that is going through the same thing! What I find odd is that when I hire a new emoployee at my job, I have to do what's called a "New hire report". I live in Texas also (my ex let his EMS certification go so that he did not have to pay his child support). I am the one who just wants my ex to sign over his rights so the children's Daddy can adopt them. I wish there were something I could do, But, he works for cash under the table most of the time to keep from being tracked. If he only realized all of that would disappear if he would just sign those forms.
