"Hey. Yeah. We were just debating the health benefits of water versus alcohol..." He trailed off though and shook his head a little before shrugging, his hands resting on the edge of the counter behind him. "How was work? Food's here." Even as he waited to hear how Joey's day was, he moved away to grab his drink from the counter where she had placed it, and downed the remaining liquor.

He had realised though, that drowning himself in alcohol wasn't helping anyone feel better, least of all him. "Work was work..."
