Subject: He glanced up at the new girl slipped out, and then turned his attention to Joey when he spoke, nodding a little. "She seems alright.." He commented - which was saying a lot for him, because it was rare these days that he would offer a semi-positive compliment about someone who he wasn't one hundred percent sure of. "You known her a long time?" He asked, tipping his head back a little as he stood to place his dishes in the washer and sneak himself another generous shot of scotch.

  • He nodded as he leaned back in the chair, watching him for a moment. "Yeah, since before life sucked so bad." He smirked a bit. "Went to elementary school with her, all the way till when I dropped out." He let the chair drop to the floor before he stood up and clasped the other mans shoulder. "Thanks for dinner man, Jackie hasn't been up to cooking..." He smirked ruefully. "But I got a pissy woman upstairs to deal with so I am going to have to see you later." He winked, heading up towards the stairs. "I'll see ya tomorrow!" With that he headed up the stairs towards his girlfriend. She slipped back into the house, closing the door behind her with a troubled look on her face. She noticed Trav still in the kitchen and paused for a second before she cleared her throat - almost shy in her approach.
