First off - I have been married for 7-1/2 years, and yes - they do change. I remember thinking, "Where did the sweet, do anything I want, boyfriend go?" It does get better, but not to be a downer - but year 1 was good, year 3 was good, year 2 sucked for us. Just remember that.

Good luck with your diet. No matter what you do, they are always hard. It requires a lifestyle change and that is always hard for those of us who love those "comfort foods". Be encouraged though - I have been doing Weight Watchers since June and I have lost 31 pounds. It has come at a cost (eating differently, going to the gym, not getting to eat as much of everything I want), but it is definitely worth it. You will do great!
