We never get both sides or what was offered or not offered. We don't know that she ISN'T for sure going to refund people. Maybe she is making payments to everyone. Sometimes we invest with the wrong people or good people run into something difficult and we should just considered it a loss. If you can't get you money back don't waste your money trying to...just chalk it up to a bad investment. It would be just as if you competed and didn't win. Do what you can with in reason but then let it go. Maybe she really needed the money and you just helped them out.

Depending in the state, the amount is probably recoverable in small claims court, without a lawyer and a small filing fee. Forgiveness doesn't mean letting someone invade justice and get away with fraud or theft. You can let to and seek justice. (NT)A lawyer's advice...10/12/13 Sat
