problem is that you have a crossing guard who instead of letting the kids wait till theres 3 or 4 to cross the street, will stop traffic for each and every single child , as soon as one crosses theres another waiting at the curb so traffic gets stopped again , instead of seeing that there are a bunch of kids coming and letting them all cross at once he continues to stop traffic for each individual and has traffic backed up all the way to mammoth rd....and the police??....they just sit there in their car hoping to catch someone going 21 mph in a 20 mph zone
