She's just somebody's daughter Looking for somebody to love her...
What did Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels believe would be the result when communism finally emerged as the dominant political and economic system? (Reese's eyes crossed for the third time as she looked down at her almost finished term paper, re-reading the question hadn't helped and she was still short nearly a hundred and fifty words. The teen was curled up on the sofa, her back to one arm and her knees drawn up to form a desk for the laptop she was typing on. She had cut the question out of the assignment paper and taped it to the top of the laptop's case, and her eyes flicked to it like it might dissolve into a perfectly finished paper. The truth was that she was so distracted she couldn't even bullshit worth her salt. She didn't even like communism, so why in the hell should she care about understanding it's forefather? Uh-huh, exactly! Not a damn thing! Growling, she looked glanced over, then double took, smiling a little as she remembered her bottle of Crystal Light, reaching for it. Refreshing.. but not good for clearing her thoughts. Okay, Reesey.. Time for a break.. She set the laptop aside, putting it into hibernate mode and laying her books beside it on the coffee table before getting up from the couch and hiking up her loose fit dorm pants with the rolled waist as she headed into the kitchen. There were twinkies in here somewhere.. Where the hell did he hide things... Finally, she opened the right cupboard, but he had put them on the top shelf.. and she was way too short.) Braden!! (She hollared, knowing he was either on the deck or in his room.. he tended to disappear when she studied.. it was sort of cute. She had already tried climbing the counter once and nearly broke an ankle, so now she just stood there, her longish hair pooled atop her head with chopsticks stuffed into complex places, her tank proclaiming her rockstar status and her rolled pants showing off the stars that dangled from her belly ring. She'd gotten it a couple weeks earlier, so it was still red but nearly healed.)
