Subject: seems it is happening on other boards as well - prices up

There is a string on this board about prices on Sanibel and Captiva. It appears the price increases are hitting everyone. They are even posting about it on other sites.

Thanks Bean!!!! I think the prices are up on both Sanibel and Captiva this year. In some cases as much as 15% over 2007 prices.

You are so right about prices! I don't know why?!
We went to book our favorite house (the one I love right before Tweenies) for July and the price per week has increased 22% from last July, the same week. I can understand an increase but not 22%!
Must be Junonia's in the water!
