This board was created for the civil pageant dicussion on the Miss Teen USA pageant and the delegates who competed in this system, both past and present. Civil discussion and constructive criticism is welcome, but negative, mean-spirited criticism, bashing, imappropiate posts, name-calling on people or the delegates and making downright mean and nasty remarks will not be tolerated in this forum, and if continued will be grounds for banishment.

I must say this was the best pageant Maine has ever seen!!
I have been shooting pageants up here since 1995 and this was the best one yet!!

I'm not trying to be mean but it's not uncommon in most pageants for girls at the top of the division to win. Not saying younger girls don't win, but it's certainly not uncommon for an older girl to win. At that age they could try some less expensive pageants to get ready. Subject: Indiana Pictures are up!

There is a lot of hype about B. Zimmerman but personally don't think so. Great stage competitor but that's it. I have a feeling that there will be some pictures come up of her that the system won't like. E. Hayden is cute but was a little heavy last year. There are also the 3rd and 4th r-u from last year that were a big suprise then and their pictures don't look like they have improved much. M. Stewart and L. With only 21 Miss delegates, will they do a Top 10 or go straight to Top 5? Are there always so few girls in this pageant? (NT) -- ?, 20:42:54 10/22/08 Wed Indiana is usually a good state with very strong competitors, there is about 5 strong ones in Miss, and the 3 girls that competed and placed in top 5 last year in teen...not so good.
