are valued at more than $50,000 after all of their training. Am I the only person in the world who fails to see the logic in sending them to work without a $3,000 vest? If not for the sake of the animal's life, than for simple cost effectivness. Its cheaper to buy a $3,000 vest than to buy, raise, and train another dog/handler team.

sheer stupidity.
