when I got those vests for the dogs here, I did some shopping.
I called Second Chance in California, a company in Germany and K-9 Storm in Winnipeg. Only K-9 Storm answered two questions correctly...

Rick: Did you see America's Most Wanted on Saturday night?

Storm: Yes.

Rick: What would have happened if that dog was wearing your vest?

Storm: Same size dog, shot with the same weapon from exactly the same distance?

Rick: Yes.

Storm: It would have knocked him flat on his ass and then he would have got back up and finished his shift.

Rick: I'll take two.
