She said:
"I'm sorry you aren't happy. Send it back and I will send you a refund."

To which I replied:
"You're kidding right? You charged me over $17 to ship them, but it only cost you $10.89 in actual postage. Now you want me to send them back at my expense, which will cost me another $10 or more. And then you will send me $17.99. So I spend about $28. to get $17. Are you serious????
You will send me the CORRECT sheet set. If I recieve them by the 25th, I will return the wrong ones in the same unopened package they came in. Otherwise you will be getting your first negative feedback on January 26th."
