"I was not aware that there was any overpayment on the shipping. That truly was in error, a refund should heve been sent to you when the package was mailed. I would have paid the return shipping in addition to a full refund had you wanted to return the sheets, but the tone of your email makes me feel that you would not be satisfied with any replacement because they probably would not be delivered by the 25th with the delay caused by customs. I am going to refund your money shortly so that you will have it to purchase a more appropriate product in time."

She did put the money back in my paypal account. I left her positive feedback.
