you guys have all been dealing with ebay for along time... here's an issue that I've never heard of and ebay makes it almost impossible to contact them...
About 3 weeks ago I used the buy it now to buy a 128gig flash drive from a seller in China. It was only $8 or so, so it's no great loss. So I got an invoice and paid by paypal. The day after that I got anotice from the seller saying my item had shipped and that it could take 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. Good enough.
Last week I got anotice from ebay saying they had removed that auction from their database and that I could apply to PayPal to get my money back. I used the item # to check and they had indeed deleted it. So I tried to get my money back and to do that, ebay wants all of my correspondence with the seller and they want to contact the seller to find out what the problem is.
As far as I can tell, ebay is the problem. Maybe the seller didn't ship it, but ebay couldn't have known that because I never told them I haven't recieved it yet. I can't get anything out of ebay at all.
you ever hear of such a thing happening?
