Why don't you start a seperate thread for beating up on Hollyhock. ll admit I don't care for them much myself...the bunch of hypocrites !!!! Anyways this thread is about the Geoduck industry and it's attempts to strong-arm itself onto our island. I'd like to know just WHY we should allow a guy who isn't even from Cortes to force a controversial industry onto Cortes with threats of lawsuits against anyone who disagrees with him ?!?! What's the problem guys...has your U.I.(E.I.) run out or somethng ??? Where does it say that anyone can move to Cortes with no money or job and the island will provide ? And if you want jobs there's always the oyster industry (weekly employment ads), Berthas, or Squirrel Cove. Sheesh !!!!!!!!!!!
