I like your picks for dark horses, but can't say I agree with all of them.. Permian Basin- Stunning in person, but she seems like the type who needs a full face of makeup to be considered gorgeous. I remember Dallas was DFW last year, her body is on point this year! She was one of my favorites, don't know why anyone was shocked about her placing, she earned it. West Texas was El Paso last year, she shines on stage, everyone in my row was taken by her, but she's clearly petite, shorter than pageant standards. The gown she wore cut her off and did nothing for her, maybe with the right styling her height can be overlooked? Idk. She's doing pageants during the right time, the unofficial rules are changing.
