This photo was published on 16th July, four days before the final night. The misspelled name of her country amuses Miss Chile, Concepcion Obach Chacana, as she rides in Long Beach, California, in the opening day parade of the Miss Universe contest. The word “chili” is the name of a hot pepper, used in making chili sauce and its relations.
