Hello all - random question. I am a low man on the totem poll (like, no authority whatsoever) at one of the community colleges in the state of MS, and it does not currently have a pageant to send a college rep to the state pageant (no idea if they ever have or would even want one) ...

My question is, who goes about inquiring to get a local for a school? How are those negotiations made? Who serves as ED?

Thanks so much - any insight would be great appreciated.

Go to the Miss Mississippi web-site. www.missmississippipageant.com. The person you want to talk to is Earl Edris. Good luck.
