Oohh yes. He was definitely interested. See, skeptics. The direct approach always works. Always. She tossed her long deep-brown curls over her shoulder, extending a single pale and delicate hand to reach his larger one. Flattery. That's another thing that always worked. Every girl likes being called beautiful (especially by men like him). His voice was deep and more melodious than she had expected, with the faintest trace of an accent. Hmm... british, maybe? Like her? No; he didn't use the same terminology. From a British colony, at the least.

She shook his hand with a strong grasp, smiling in mirror of his. "Compliments will always get you far, Master Jamison. Addison Ainsley, at your service." She withdrew her hand after a few moments, tucking her hands deep into the pockets of her jacket. "I'm on my way home, actually. I suppose a handsome man like you is dashing off back to the wife, hrm?"

Direct approach again, but with more sublety. It didn't ususally work as well when you just asked 'dude, are you single?'. Noooo it certinaly did not. Addison glanced down at his hands once more, examining them as quickly as she could. Hmmm... nice watch. Rolex? From the look of the face, probably. He smelled wonderful, too. Not like jasmine and lilacs and roses, like she did. More foresty, like pine- with just a faint, lingering scent of amber and musk. Definetely inhuman, too. But what? Shifter, most probably. But what creature?

Urgh. Hopefully not an iguana.
