He had been listening intently with an air of humor as she slurred words together. She admitted her age, which surprised him at first. Then she compared it to her father reducing her age a great deal. So she was a fairy. In the past years he'd kept fairies in his apartment to assist with the minor cleaning skills like dusting, dishes, ect. But they had been a different variety. They were much, much smaller with wings.

She outed him as a vampire in a hasty fashion and he couldn't help but be a little put down by her "that's obvious" statment. The retort came to his lips, tumbling out past his now exposed fangs, before he had time to think about it. "Not that I had much of a choice in the matter." He wouldn't let is mind wander back to his creation.

Suddenly the pitching of snores echoed louder in the hallway. Damn hobos. Zeth had chased one off already but why hadn't he continued to the next bench? Zeth didn't find hobos to be a threat, really. If they couldn't manage a decent job they wouldn't be smart enough to handle much else. He let his eyes drift to the the middle aged man snoring under the paper. "Shall we get you a place tonight or would you like to kick back on a bench like that guy?" .:.
