Subject: How does it work with all these organisations and their feises

How do feises work in non An Comhdhail/CLRG organisations ( I know AC/CLRG can’t compete in any feises outside their own organisations).

Can anyone from any organisation (WIDA, Open Platform, CRN etc) dance in any Feis? I heard CRDM only let their dances compete in CRDM feises but can any anyone from the other organisations compete in a CRDM Feis? Also how do the worlds work for all these organisations , are they confined to their dancers or open to any dancer?
