- I think he was too oblivious in that scene too. Like, hello, she not so accidentally just called him 'the guy of her dreams'! And really wasn't so subtle when asking about his changing. Most interesting to me is how she seems to want a specific answer from him, and he says he's still exactly the same but also completely different, she ends up smiling, seemingly satisfied with that answer. - I'm glad they finally released that, and wonder why they deleted it. Maybe too revealing at that time? Because it is kind of a perfect tie-in, Alexis revealing to Kate that Castle makes pancakes when A has a really bad day - and here he was making pancakes for Kate at her place just a day previous. This has to be one of the worst written articles. Basically saying Castle can't be faithful. I mean really have you seen the show. He has never been shown to cheat and hasn't even been in a relationship since middle S3 just waiting for Kate.

So we are suppose to think right after getting together he would possibly cheat.

These sites trying to draw people in need to actually watch a show and know a character before writing an article.

Does sound like might get some jealous Beckett and can see Castle all flustered trying to get away from this woman. Since relationship will be a secret he can't just say he is taken.

Castle/Beckett Relationship Moving Forward -- Hope -feeling pensive tonight, 22:36:07 07/31/12 Tue [4]
Tonight just feeling apprehensive about the relationship and what might happen as the show goes on.
It is still amazing to me they are actually letting them be a couple but for how long. That is what worries me.
But then I wonder how the show could go on if they broke up. The show is about them solving crimes together. But since Castle is not required to be there why would he stay if they weren�t together. On other shows leads usually work together and it is their job, like on JAG. But not in this case.

Castle has shown the reason he stays is her. We saw that at the end of S4 it doesn�t work if conflict between them. So how do they keep the show going if they aren�t working together? This is what keeps me not freaking out thinking the show just doesn�t work if they break up as no reason for Castle to be at the precinct. Also fact that I am sure would lose a ton of the audience. I would probably stop watching.

I just wonder though how they will deal with them being together as don�t see Gates letting them work out in the field together if she knows. So how long can they keep it a secret? Also since Castle somewhat of a celebrity they can�t go public with it if don�t want Gates to know. So that means she can�t be his date at a launch party or any other function. That seems like it would get old after a while.

The other worry then is because in relationship will they have less of them working together. Maybe he won�t go to busts anymore or into the field that often. This was one of the things I didn�t like about S4 much less of them working together. Not as much theory building or even interrogating suspects. That is some of the best parts of the series. I love S3 as there is so much of this.

So these are just my ramblings of worry about what will happen. I think JAG has made me jaded and maybe just the fact so many shows don�t want to get the lead together out of fear.

- What I like about Castle is that not only is it an amazing show but all of the actors really genuinely seem to like the fans. Andrew and Terri love to use social media to encourage viewers and seem to enjoy the interaction. I hated that TPTB for the most part at JAG treated the fans like an annoyance to be dealt with (except for the select few) who attended Fanfest. Castle vs JAG PTSD -- Hope, 17:45:52 07/15/12 Sun [11]
Been re-watching Castle and got to S4. I love how well they handled Kate's PTSD weaving it through out the season. Showing her going to therapy on a regular basis.

Wish JAG had done that with Mac's PTSD instead of only giving us one show with her therapist. She had been through a very traumatic event and they hardly focused on it but once or twice. The season would have been so much better if they had handled it more like Castle did.

If you haven't seen the video check it out. Love Marlow and how he does not believe in the Moonlighting curse. Glad someone actually doesn't use it as a crutch. Makes me believe S5 will be so good.

Now Molly Quinn who places Alexis was annoying me kept inferring Alexis doesn't want her father to be with Beckett. Not sure why she would want her father to not be happy with the woman he loves is beyond me. Seeing as her character is going off to college. Glad she does not write for the show.

Love how much Stana wants them together.

- Molly is annoying as hell. Alexis needs to grow up and go away. I think they want the character to be afraid Beckett will replace her in her dads life. She is going off to college and he will have someone else to slap his hands when he gets our of line. Unfortunately she is going to Columbia so she will still be "there". - This was funny and a great look into the dynamic on the show....love love love what Andrew Marlowe said about the Moonlighting Curse, its amazing the discussion was like so many we had on the JAG board. I think Molly Quinn was just making a play for attention, who knows what she really knows about the season. There may be a bit of jealousy, but, her character was portrayed as the more mature one. Favorite episode of Castle -- Hope, 13:40:32 07/01/12 Sun [9]
I have quite a few the finale of course but I love �Poof! You're Dead�

They are investigating the death of a magician. They are so in sync on this episode.

Then we have the scene where Castle realizes without a shadow of a doubt he loves Kate. Earlier we have his discussion with his mom about his relationship with Gina. Castle �Everything is just fine. It�s ordinary, problem is I don�t want ordinary, I want� Martha �Magic �

Then later Kate and him are doing their thing building theory and finishing each other sentences and he has this moment where he stops and realize he has the magic the non ordinary with her.

I want this kind of episode in S5 them just working together so well but now together as a couple.

- I can honestly say I don't have one favorite. I have less than favorite. If I were name the episode I have watched the most that would be Knockout. - Heartbreak Hotel didn't do anything for me. The Limey is one of those episodes I don't really care for but it had so much meaning and subtext. Cops and Robbers was emotionally very telling. Knockdown Discussion -- Hope, 07:22:19 07/03/12 Tue [4]
Watched Knockdown last night. So the question at this point did the producers know were going to have Kate shot and the blood on the front of her shirt is a foreshadowing of that. As is Castle saying he thought it was her blood.

Also at this point did they know were going to make Roy one of the bad guys. Wonder as watching is he pushing because wants his role to come out or just pushing as the Captain because they didn't know were going to make him involved.

Loved this episode just for the fact Kate went to Castle and asked him to come with her. Said he was someone she could trust. Showing him the murder board which Josh had never seen. So many great scenes between them.

  - Yes it was from Knockdown. The original scene at his door had her going inside to ask for his help. What we saw was the scene ending with her asking if he had a minute.(paraphrasing) There isalso a deleted scene of Castle meeting her dad at her loft. They have the "talk" about Kate not backing down there. They refilmed it in Castles loft. I liked what we got much better than the deleted versions. It flowed better as an episode. I want to see Castle and Beckett back to working together on cases. So much of S4 had them working with Ryan and/or Espo a number of times when in the past those scenes would have been with each other. I want to see then building theory and having fun again. And of course some nice sexy Caskett moments.

- Well, the whole thing about this last season was to take the heat out of the situation by breaking the team(s) up for a few episodes and building obstacles in a few others.         Yes she did, Dancer, but that doesn't mean the case won't come back to try to get *her*. I agree with Hope in wishing that it won't be right away; however, I've heard rumblings that SPOILER!! it'll be addressed right in the first episode(s) again. And she quit her job too, because of it, and I'd love to see her come back by her own choosing, because it's what she loves to do, rather than what she felt she needed to do because of her mother's murder.
