Subject: In WA, they don't crown the Sweetheart on stage. They give her a moment at their state title holder's send off for MVA to announce who she is and give her the sweetheart volunteer sash. It's a lot better because the pageant is focused on Volunteer, but the Sweetheart still gets a moment later. A lot of 1RUs in other states say no, so it would be pointless to crown them on stage if they don't go to Sweetheart anyway.
