Subject: I don’t really like how this question is worded. But I think you bring up a good point. Volunteer has never had a plus size women make it into the top 15. Or even someone who is slightly heavier for that matter. I honestly think it speaks poorly of this system for not promoting some really great contestants simply because they are a little larger. Just my opnion but I think Volunteer focuses way too much on looks and appearance. If I was a plus size contestant, I wouldn’t even consider doing this pageant. Simply put, it’s just a waste of time and money for that contestant. | |
