She has also proven herself by doing more than every other Miss Virginia Volunteer before. You are just mad nationals changed the rules and Virginia saw an opportunity. But let's not forget other states are doing it to. When you only need a college admissions letter to be eligible. (Yes, you read that right you dont even have to be enrolled in classes.) At least Haleigh got a third degree to add legitimacy unlike Todd Nixon who is garenteeing girls a win if they come and compete in his pageant. | |

The Miss VVolunteer organization had to do discounted entry or even sponsored entry just to get contestants rather than having contestants flock to the organization. | |

Date Posted: Thu August 07, 2025 08:41:20 Kate Clatterbuck did more for this organization than anyone else and I am not so sure that they have treated her very well since her reign... including but not limited to them keeping her entire wardrobe. A wardrobe that she likely worked hard to have donated for her use. Regarding the judges panel... 4 are from the Miss Va organization and have worked directly with several of the Miss contestants as they were in the Miss Va system at the same time. That being said, let's see what happens with the recruit from Mississippi. Even if she legitimately wins, it is tainted by the fact that she was recruited from another state. How is that fair to the legitimate Virginia girls especially considering how much money goes into competing at this level? [ Post a Reply to This Message ] |

Date Posted: Sun August 17, 2025 11:21:38 The pageant's practice of recruiting potential winners from other states under the guise of enrolling them at Liberty after they win (online) may be within guidelines, but be aware. These candidates have been recruited. Scoring appears to discount on-stage questions, interviews, and talent. The mandatory six-day hotel stay at the Runk's poses potential conflicts. Although the hotel is clean, the bathroom and facilities show significant wear, such as stained lamps and tubs. The directors residing in a multi-million dollar, 10-bedroom home in a different town is questionable given the hotel. [ Post a Reply to This Message ] |
