Every state recruits girls. MVV did not rig the pageant for Haleigh to win. She was the obvious choice onstage. She has also proven herself by doing more than every other Miss Virginia Volunteer before. You are just mad nationals changed the rules and Virginia saw an opportunity. But let's not forget other states are doing it to. When you only need a college admissions letter to be eligible. (Yes, you read that right you dont even have to be enrolled in classes.) At least Haleigh got a third degree to add legitimacy unlike Todd Nixon who is garenteeing girls a win if they come and compete in his pageant. -- Miss Volunteer America Pageant
