Hello and welcome! I do not live in Texas so I can respond only generally but with knowledge of the Volunteer system. So many looks are successful. Two of the 4 national winners have been brunette, so let that go. There is leadership stability in Volunteer and national scholarships are paid. Cannot say that about MAO nationals.
