Golgith gave a mighty trumphet, letting all know that it was not unnatural and that, even if it was her only clutch, Grenith would be GREAT!

He quieted down almost instantly, making sure that nothing would disturb his mate--or their clutch.

Can you trust this longing?

X'thrall threw his arms around G'rein as the greenrider leaned on his shoulder. He patted G'rein's back comfortingly.

"G'rein... don't worry. No one could've known, so you're in no trouble. And, isn't it a bit wonderful? We need more blues anyway. I was starting to wonder if I and the girl, Maria, were the only ones left, aside from the weyrlings. It'll be alright. Besides, won't it be wonderful to look out at the nine new weyrlings that will come and know that we made their happiness possible?"

X'thrall ran a hand through his weyrmate's hair comfortingly. If they were going to go through with this, shards, they'd stay sane!
