Terent Sat down next to Faini, and replied to the enitre group.
"My name is Terent. I came from a little hold in the North. My Da was Lord Holder, and my Ma was one of his ladies. I got Jewelclaw here when I was seven. I ran away to find adventure, and wrecked here. I've only been her a day. I was hoping you could help me around the weyr."
He couldn't help but direct his last words directly to Faini, beside him. He alsmot blush, and hid his blushing by bringing Jewelclaw closer so he could feed her.
