If he is taking long showers, you could tell him that his showers are limited to say 3 or 4 mins & at that time you will come in & stop the water if it is still going. You could also threaten to either spank him then or offer to dry him as he steps outside the shower. That should speed him up! One exception could be if he is washing his hair & using shampoo & conditioner, make it then say 5 mins max. or you could or the girls offer to wash his hair for him.
