Subject: I think Steven didn't want the former Miss Ohio Volunteer to swoop in last minute and take it all at Greater Cleveland but rather, make it appear to the pageant community as if she came in 3RU by receiving the new Lake Erie title. Jaeleen won talent & OSQ- 50%. Charmea knows she's got a ringer in Jaeleen and Steven wanted to knock her down a peg or two, so when he crowns the girl he wants in June rather than Jaeleen, people won't question it bc they think she came in 4th at Cleveland.
