Boy can she sure talk down to people. She treats transgendered people's medical conditions flippantly 'Whatever gender we currently are feeling'. Like it's a whim. A choice. Something they flip-flop on. Boy today; girl tomorrow; boy next month and so forth. Like they just sharpie out 'male' on their bc and come up with a new name and voila- they're a girl, rather than jump through hoops spending hundreds or thousands of dollars to do so.
