Subject: Rebel would definitely not be gifting outfits to state contestants. They’d probably give a group discount. If they can afford Sherri Hill and Jovani custom gowns then they can buy Rebel athletic wear. If they wear what teens do that’s fine too. I think the point is that they all need to wear similar style and fit. One person coming out in baggy sweatpants and t-shirt and another in leggings and a sports bra make it unequal in a fitness competition. Red carpet is about personal style and what is flattering.
