If you look at the picture on her Instagram she is being crowned by the current Miss Ohio Volunteer who had the same title she has before she won Ohio Volunteer. If you look at other pictures from after the final night of MO they are both wearing the same outfits so this was obviously planned ahead of time meaning before MO.
