Subject: I can think of at least 4. Julie Inboden was Miss Clayland in both 2003 and 2005. Alissa Brumbaugh was Miss Miami Valley in both 2011 and 2014 I believe. Hannah Zimmerman was Miss Miami Valley in both 2016 and 2018. Baylee Joy Martin is currently Miss Portsmouth and she also held that same title in 2019.
