Follow along-- Miss Ohio local directors, including Regina, recruit veteran Miss Ohio contestants for their locals. -- Miss Ohio local directors & volunteers help other Miss Ohio local directors with their pageants. Sometimes they even judge them! Remember Vicky Maple emceed Miss Cleveland? -- Miss Ohio local directors write their OSQs. If you accept how MO local directors conduct their pageants and inter-volunteer within the Miss Ohio program, it's no different than Regina helping at Vol. The TRUE conflict of interest resides in Miss Ohio local directors, who have a personal interest in the outcome of other local pageants, as their girl will compete against the winner at state. If they go away, then Ohio becomes an open state where the girls don’t get the same support or scholarship opportunities and it will die.
