In other words, it doesn't matter if a girl's talent is a 3, she threw up during her SII, and said she hates puppies in OSQ- PC gets her into T10, scores be damned. Skeevie Stevie's MAO buddies then use comps, 40% of the finals score, to keep certain girls out of the T5 and ensure others are in. iow Comps determines T5. That along with the rule that girls can't score under a 6 in anything on finals night will get her into T5, then it's just a 'vote of the heart' final ballot to crowning. See? A girl who was competing one year was a runaway favorite to win (placed T5 the previous year) but didn't make T5 even though her performance was stronger than the previous year & she won prelim awards. The "questionable" scoring should have easily placed her in T5 let alone win, He kept her out of T5 to avoid risk of her winning by final ballot over his pick . I know that several board members questioned the results with MAO. Skeevie was never even questioned. He had a shredder under his scoring table! That's when I walked away as a volunteer & a mentor.
