You have lots of verified conjoined activity by Lora and Jeff, which looks unfair and honestly, quite creepy in that a 54 yo unmarried man is so involved with a 20yo girl. Dig into that 'special relationship' and why he's running her nonprofit out of his house, rather than her parents running the show.
