That is the formula I use to get the temperature.
When I sit on the porch in summer, it's usually warm out so I will be wearing shorts or track pants like I do around the house in the summer. On cooler nights, I snuggle up in a blanket. I don't think a wolf would come up the stairs to our porch. They are actually afraid of people.
I don't actually try to fall asleep out there but it's so relaxing out there, I just fall asleep until mom or dad wake me up when they go to bed.
It is -19 (-39 chill) here right now so I can't even imagine being out there as I write this.
