Bracken unharnessed himself and ran off in the derectoin of the noise.He came into a clearing and promply saw what was making it. About a score of vermin had trapped three duibbuns, A mole and two squirrels, in the clearing. One squirrel had a sling, the other one had a blowpipe but was running out of darts, And the mole had a cudgel. They were makeing quite a stand. Bracken charged into the vermin taking them by supries. Five were of the vermin went down and the and they surrendered. Suddenly one of the vermin squeeked'Get dat mole babe ofen my cullys e's terin me leg up.""Percy Get off," one of the squirrels said in a pretty voice, "thank you for saving us."Where are your mothers," Bracken asked."Percy's we don't know about Kelsey and I don't have one ether, she's dead.""Oh,", bracken replied"Okay,thats percy and that's Kelsey but who are you?""I'm Kegan."Bracken motoined for them to follow him and headed for the cart."
