Thank you Bill - very interesting. No doubt Yoganandaji wrote of kechari in various places (Medja & Bhagavad-Gita come to mind) but the question is what he taught to his disciples and to which disciples he taught it. For example, Ananda has video which puports to teach one how to achieve kechari. Is the instruction on this video from Paramahansaji or did Kriyananda pick this up somewhere else? It seems to me that this is an important question for followers of Paramahansaji's teachings.

As far as Paulsen's account I have only my faith in Mr. Paulsen to rely on since I don't know kechari and therefore can't judge the validity of his account. Is Paulsen a trustworthy source of info? Certainly some on this board would say not. I don't know...
